SMOKED SALMON DIP WITH DILL AND HORSERADISH SAUCE

Serves 2-4

3 ounces Spence Classic Smoked Salmon
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup sour cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice from lemon
1 teaspoon horseradish sauce
2 tablespoons minced dill
pinch of salt and ground black pepper

In food processor, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice and horseradish until smooth.  Add salmon and dill and pulse until mixed.  Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Chill one hour before serving.

Serve with crackers or small slices of bread.
