SMOKED SALMON SPINACH DIP

10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 package dry gourmet vegetable soup mix
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 8oz. can of water chestnuts, chopped
2 cups flaked Spence Baked Smoked Salmon

Combine all ingredients except salmon.  Cover and chill for 8 hours.  Mix in salmon and serve with crackers.
